"ARTERRORISM"
ARTERRORISM is a new performance by Riccardo Attanasio in collaboration with other artists.
Terrorism because this kind of action implies the same process of a terrorist action before the "moment".
The artist in this case will make fake documents, research about organisers of different institutions and fake a collaboration organised via e-mail.
first and Last piece has been performed at Tate Modern, London (22nd September 2011).
Riccardo Attanasio painted live a 350x190cm painting, Johanne Timm improvised a choreography and Palvinder Nangla (Fashion designer) made the video documentation.
The organizers were quite confused because they did not know anything about the performance. Riccardo Attanasio had a letter explaining that he had to perform at Tate Modern on the 22nd of September 2011.
Attanasio managed to sell his painting dedicated to the renewal construction work of the Tate Modern.
ARTISTS NEED TO DISPLAY THEIR WORK IN BIG INSTITUTIONS, THEY NEED TO BE SEEN!

INSTEAD OF KILLING IT BRINGS GENUINE AND TRUE ART INTO BIG INSTITUTIONS such as Tate Modern!
